Finishing up this output driver board took a lot longer than I expected. I had to get the aluminum heat sink, cut it to fit, then grind down some of the extrusions, drill some mounting holes through it and the board, then get the transistors and insulators mounted. Then it took a long time to solder everything up as I am using thicker wires than I usually use and the four transistors are packed fairly close together. This thing is heavy! I thought I was being clever by adding 9V and 5V outputs, but it made everything much more complicated. I will test it out tomorrow, but I am glad that this board is close to finished.
